1. Returns of Hardcopy Books

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a hardcopy book, you may return it under the following conditions:

1.1. Eligibility for Return

  • The hardcopy book must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The book must be in its original condition—unread, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for books purchased directly from samuelhungi.com.
  • Books that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

1.2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the book.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the book arrived damaged or defective.

1.3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when returning an item due to damage or defect caused by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1.4. Inspection and Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned book, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the book was damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refunds for E-books

E-books are considered non-returnable due to their digital nature. However, we will issue refunds under the following conditions:

2.1. Eligibility for E-book Refunds

  • You may request a refund for an e-book within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues preventing access to the book.
  • Refunds will not be issued for e-books that have been successfully downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical problems.

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • E-books that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Hardcopy books that are returned after the 30-day return period.
